  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described in the agreed specifications.
  • An order was canceled prior to production or shipping and falls within the cancellation window stated in the contract.
  • Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has already been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, natural disasters, or supplier shortages).
  • The order was customized or made-to-order unless defective.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and details regarding the issue.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to a defect or error on our part, EcoSource Pulp LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other situations, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
